In case our delivery partner is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address information or multiple failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us. We will then reach out to you to verify your address and arrange for a new delivery attempt.
Outside Dhaka, customers will need to pay for the crate/packaging charge.
Inside Dhaka customers will get a home delivery. Customers outside Dhaka will pick up the product from the nearest delivery point.
